How to Make Money in Slayer Tycoon

A rebuild order for a tycoon that resets every time you leave.

Last updated:

Money in Slayer Tycoon is a race against the session clock. Because the tycoon does not save, every join starts near zero. Players who “play the game” by buying lanterns and spinning clothes first finish the hour with a pretty pad and no katana. This page is the cash order that actually buys a breathing style or demon art.

If you have not claimed a base yet, read getting started first. If you already have a kit and want souls, skip to bosses.

1. Money plate (always first)

The dropper-style plate in the tycoon is the only passive income. Community write-ups describe an upgrade path from roughly $70 ticks toward about $12,000. You do not need the cap on a first session. You do need to stop ignoring the plate while you chop one tree at a time.

Rule: if a button on the pad increases income, buy it before furniture, walls, or the clothes merchant. Decor does not survive the rejoin anyway. A partner can sit on the plate while you run map loops — that is the real two-player advantage, not the anime theme.

2. Wood — $650 each

The lumberjack stands near the bridge. One piece of wood sells for $650. Wood is also a reagent: almost every katana and art needs one wood in the backpack at purchase time. Never sell your last log if you are one buy away from Insect or Rooting Gun.

The hatchet can also be thrown and used as a weak weapon. Do not throw it into a void. Deaths keep the tool, but a lost throw wastes time. The Sun Tools gamepass (250 R$) one-shots trees; it is one of the few Robux spends that purely accelerates money.

v2.0’s exclusive Lumberpack accessory (OG Player badge) is reported to give a 50% chance to double wood. You cannot farm that accessory anymore if you missed OG. Regular players just chop more trees. See accessories.

3. Nichirin ore — about $1,900 each

The miner NPC sits by the rice-field mineshaft. English fandom lists $1,900 per ore; some older Korean notes say $1,400. Trust the in-game prompt. Ore is both cash and the second reagent for kits, so it is the most valuable backpack item you can drop when you die.

Mine with the pickaxe, leave if a geared player is camping the shaft, and sell in bulk. One ore is worth about three wood. If you can only safely run one loop, run ore.

4. Mobs and stolen downtime

Map Slayers and Demons drop cash. It is slower than ore if you are still on a hatchet, and it is faster if you already bought a ranged art. Do not start PvE roaming until the plate is upgraded and you can afford to lose a death.

Other players can steal. Namu’s long-running complaint is “user hunting”: a Fire God user deletes a miner and takes the bag. Sprint (controls) out, do not ego-challenge a Moon Art on day one. Wisteria walls on a Slayer base will kill non-teammates who walk in, with some teleport skills bypassing — useful if you are banking a sell.

5. Boss bags

The Infinite Train announces a boss in chat. Drops include big money bags, extra ore, and Strong Souls. Published bag counts: Shockwave / Biwa / String around 6; Obi / Sickle around 3; Hantengu emotion forms around 2. Exact cash per bag is not stably documented, but a successful Shockwave Demon kill funds a mid-tier kit that chopping never will.

You still need a kit to kill them. First session, watch the train, loot if the server already melted the boss, and save souls for awakening only if you own the 250 R$ pass.

Spend order (screenshot this)

  1. Income buttons on the plate.
  2. $5,000 Sensei (Katana or Art, matching your faction).
  3. Reagents: 1 wood + 1 ore reserved.
  4. Cheap kit: Insect about $25k or Rooting Gun about $15k. Full tables: tools.
  5. Food: udon about $500 (Demon pad) or bento about $600 (train area).
  6. Fighting style only if cash is overflowing — Soaring is $16,000.
  7. Clothes spin at $9,500 after a real kit. Spins save; kits do not. That is the only reason spins ever outrank a second breathing.
  8. Gamepasses last: Fire God 350 R$, Moon Art 700 R$, Awaken 250 R$, Easy Teleport 10 R$.

What looks like money but is not

  • Codes. There are none. Codes hub.
  • Scripts that auto-collect. They exist; Adonis can still kick you, and they do not replace plate upgrades. Scripts.
  • Selling every reagent. You will walk to the Sensei with $40,000 and get rejected for missing a log.
  • Buying Flame first. Price reports conflict ($45k vs $81k). Either way it is a poor opener compared with Insect.

Rebuild this path every join. The players who look rich in screenshots either just finished a boss or they paid for Sun Tools. You can still out-earn them in twenty minutes if the plate is not ignored.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the most common questions.

What is the fastest money in Slayer Tycoon?

Upgrade the plate, then sell ore (about $1,900) and wood ($650). Boss bags beat both once you can kill the train spawn.

Should I sell all my wood?

Keep one wood and one ore for the next kit. Everything else can be sold. See getting started.

Do money gamepasses exist?

Sun Tools (250 R$) speeds gathering. There is no official infinite-cash pass. Fire God and Moon Art are combat unlocks.

Why did my cash disappear after I left?

The tycoon does not save. Only accessories persist. Convert leftover cash into a spin if the session is ending.
